How much does delivery cost? +
We offer Standard Delivery at R99 (3–5 working days) and Express Delivery at R150 (1–2 working days). Collection from Sandton is always free on eligible items.
How long will my order take to arrive? +
Standard delivery: 3–5 working days. Express delivery: 1–2 working days. Orders placed before 12pm weekdays are processed same day. Weekend orders are processed the next working day.
Do you offer same-day delivery? +
Yes! Same-day delivery is available in select areas around Sandton and Johannesburg. Contact us directly to confirm availability and arrange same-day delivery.
Can I collect my order in person? +
Click & Collect is available on selected items only from our Sandton location — free of charge. Please note that lead times may apply on certain products. Trading hours: Monday–Sunday, 7am–4pm (7 days a week). Contact us to confirm your item is eligible before coming to collect.
Do you deliver nationwide? +
Yes, we deliver across South Africa including Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, Pretoria and more. Remote areas may take an additional 1–2 days.
How will I know when my order is on its way? +
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
What if my order arrives damaged? +
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it promptly.
